League Information: March and early April 3on3 Basketball League
SEASON DATES:
March Madness 3on3 games will be played Friday Nights, 5pm-10pm from March 7 to April 11, 2024

- April 11 (season-ending tournament)
- We will work with your team to not conflict with spring-sports, you can submit your request after you register by emailing jacquiepearson@yahoo.com.
GAME DATES:
- Pool-play games March 7 - April 4 between 5-10pm (no games March 21)
- 8 season games, 2 games per game-day (Fridays)
- Single-elimination playoff tournament: April 14 between 5-10pm
- Awards for players on First Place and Second Place teams in each division of the tournament
DIVISIONS AVAILABLE:
- Boys and Girls
- Divisions for Youth Teams: Boys and Girls, 2nd grade through High School Varsity.
- Gold, Silver and Bronze Divisions will be created when number of teams allows.
- Divisions for High School Boys: Varsity, JV, Freshman
- Divisions for High School Girls: "upper" and "lower" when possible.

- Games will be played at the following locations:
- Gold Crown Fieldhouse in Lakewood, CO
- South Suburban Sports Complex in Littleton, CO
- The Ridge Recreation Center in Littleton, CO
- Metro University in Denver, CO
- Jeffco High Schools
LEAGUE INFORMATION:
- Games only (no practices will be provided by the League).
- Each team will receive 8 season games, 2 per night (Friday nights), and 1 to 3 more games in the tournament.
- The League will end with a Single-Elimination Post-Season Tournament April 14.
- Each team's roster will be allowed a minimum of 3 players, and a maximum of 8 players.
- We will work with teams to avoid conflicts with other sports and activities, submit your schedule request by email to jacquiepearson@yahoo.com.
GAME INFORMATION:
- Games will be fast and fun, and each player will get a lot of touches on the ball.
- The score clock will be set at 23 minutes and does not stop - not even for timeouts.
- The game will end when the winning team scores 20 points (or 25 points for high-school age teams), or when the clock hits Zero.
- Baskets are worth 1-point, and 2-points are awarded for a shot made beyond the 3-point line.
Registration Information:
- ALL SCHEDULE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL (TEXTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED) BY MIDNIGHT OF THE REGULAR REGISTRATION DEADLINE
REGISTRATION FEE:
- The League Registration fee is $415 per team
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
- The Deadline to Register is February 25
- Late fee of $25 will be applied to all registrations submitted after 11:59pm on February 25
- Registrations received after the registration deadline will be placed into the league - ONLY - if space is available.
- The last day to register is February 27
- We are limited to 300 teams in this league due to gym time, and will likely sell out, so register early to secure your spot!
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Payment is due at REGISTRATION. Please note that if we have not received payment within 24 hours of your registration, your information will be removed from the system, and you will not be registered.
REFUND POLICY:
- A $25.00 or 5% fee (whichever is greater) will be charged for any team withdrawing from the league prior to the registration deadline. Refund requests for withdrawing prior to the registration deadline must be in writing, emailed to jacquiepearson@yahoo.com
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR ANY REASON (Deadline: February 25)
Once game schedules are published, if for any reason the league/season is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, there will be a $50 admin fee retained for 3on3 teams and a $75 admin fee retained for 5on5 teams. Once that admin fee is removed, a team credit may be issued on a pro-rated basis of games played. The credit may be used towards future JPS registrations.
Roster Information:
Every team must have an official roster submitted to JPS for the league/tournament you are participating in.
Note: You will enter your Roster after you have registered your Team. An "Order Confirmation" page will display after you have registered your Team. When the "Order Confirmation" page displays, you can click your Team Name link under the "Manage Rosters" menu at the top of the page to enter your Roster.
Parents & Players: once your coach has added you to the roster, you will be emailed from "Just Play Sports" (jacquiepearson@yahoo.com), which will include a link to start the Registration process for your player. Follow the steps in this email to complete your enrollment / roster.
Coaches / Team Managers: Follow these steps to add team members and change your Roster Status from Open to Submitted:
- Sign In to your account at the top-left corner at www.teamsideline.com/JustPlaySports
- (if already signed in, hover over your name at the top-left and click on My Account)
- From your Home page under My Account, navigate to the Manage Rosters section.
- Step 1: Click the Add to Roster button to add team members. You can also click the Copy Roster button to add all team members from a previous Team Roster.
- Step 2: When you add a team member, an invitation is emailed to the team member to prompt them to enroll to be on your team.
- Step 3: A check mark displays in the Enrolled column for each team member that has completed enrollment.
- Step 4: When the minimum number of team members have enrolled, click the Submit button to change your Roster Status to Submitted..

COVID & other Health Guidelines (if applicable):
We will be following all current State and Local orders including guidelines, policies, and orders if any are in place. Including, but not limited to the following:
- Restrictions on parents / spectators at games.
- Mask-wearing for participants, players, coaches, officials, etc.
- Social Distancing guidelines as instructed.
Many of these orders change often, and we will inform you of changes as they occur, as well as current policies for each season.
We are excited for the opportunity to provide this event for the youth, and appreciate everyone's willingness to adhere to current expectations, we know these can be frustrating. By registering for this event, and completing the roster / waiver information, you agree to comply to all current orders mandated to our league and to our facilities. Thank you.
